I'm afraid that this information is a little out of date and also slightly factually incorrect in places.

ENV is the first fuel cell bike built from the ground upwards, i.e. designed specifically around a fuel cell.
Intelligent Energy is not re-headquartering in California and ENV will not launch in late 2006. Guide price for launch is under $10,000 - but there is a little way to go yet before any more announcements can be made.

Latest news and further information on ENV can be found on Intelligent Energy's website http://www.intelligent-energy.com
