EnergyHack.com?
EnergyHack.com is a personal blog and news site created and maintained by danish freelance-journalist Hans Henrik Lichtenberg. The idea with the project is to serve my personal interest in informing about my own energy projects at home and to collect information for others to use. I believe that the global energy questions best can be solved by individual approach, thats what I am doing and it is both fun and rewarding in many ways! Of course it is nice to have loads of free hot water in the winter and generate more electrity than you can use, but I am not advocating off-grid or back-to-nature romance here, though I have growing feeling of love and respect for this amazing world. The other day I heard someone say: “Download is consumerism - upload is political!” I like that idea, and I think it also applies to the other networks that we are part of. For instance electricy, heat, water etc. On the pages I will post articles on the projects that I build and has build in the past for instance a solar heater, an on-grid solarpanel system that generates about 1/3 of our electricity, a mass oven and much more. I will also comment on new inventions and bring snips from my articles about all aspects of renewable energy.
